Academic Department
As the "brain" of the club, members of Academic Department are in charge of creating ideas and content for events organized by EFA. This is where language "experts" gather to ensure the best quality of program content.
1. Job Description
- Creating lesson plans, content, tests and ideas for main activities of weekly club meetings; in alignment with the overall strategy of developing English skills for members
– Perform searches and moderate content for seminars, contests, talkshows, ...
– Work with current and potential partners to fund for activities
2. Requirements
- Have a solid background in English (having previous teaching experiences or high results in tests preferred)
- Possess self-study skills and a sharing spirit
- Dynamic, creative, proactive, with a high sense of responsibility at work.
- Ability to search, organize and synthesize information well
