Academic Department

As the "brain" of the club, members of Academic Department are in charge of creating ideas and content for events organized by EFA. This is where language "experts" gather to ensure the best quality of program content.

1. Job Description

- Creating lesson plans, content, tests and ideas for main activities of weekly club meetings; in alignment with the overall strategy of developing English skills for members

– Perform searches and moderate content for seminars, contests, talkshows, ...

– Work with current and potential partners to fund for activities

2. Requirements

- Have a solid background in English (having previous teaching experiences or high results in tests preferred)

- Possess self-study skills and a sharing spirit

- Dynamic, creative, proactive, with a high sense of responsibility at work.

- Ability to search, organize and synthesize information well

The Event Division is responsible for the logistics and financial management of every Club's event. This is the place to those dynamic, meticulous and logical members gather around to bring out the best memories to event attendees.

1. Job Description

- Planning and preparing logistics (tools, props, accommodations, etc.) and finance (receipts and expenses) for events

– Participating in negotiating and implementing activities with Sponsors

- Forecasting and managing the club's spending in each period

- Support Human Resources Department to connect club members

2. Requirements

– Careful, meticulous, paying attention to details

– Decisive, highly responsible, good problem solver

– Creativity is a plus

Event Division (Logistics Department)

Human Resources Department

The HR Team is the core in building a healthy and developing environment in the club. They are responsible for Recruitment, L&D, Internal Communication, Member Management, Recognitions & Rewards, as well as working with attendees in events.

1. Job Description

– Develop plans & criteria for annual recruitment activities

– Plan and implement connecting events and training sessions for EFA-ers according to members' desires

– Implement and check PDP of EFA's members

- Monitor the personnel situation of the departments/divisions; Act as a bridge between members and the club by caring for, listening to and understanding the members

– Support in allocating appropriate human resources for each club event

– Develop internal rules and club cultures, propose the reward and punishment regimes and regulations of the club.

- Have good listening, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

MC Division (Logistics Department)

Being the Voice of EFA in every events, members of MC Division are those confident souls that are always ready to fire up any moments.

1. Job Description

– Make narrations for the Warm-up and Main sections for weekly meetings

– Lead all club activities including Weekly meetings, Bonding, Workshops and many other events.

- Support Fanpage in conducting interviews, recording Radio, Podcasts, ...

2. Requirements

– Good voice, preferred strong and clear pronunciation

– Ability to warm up and lead people to pay attention to programs, events, activities, etc.

- Must be eager to learn and not be afraid of presenting to audiences

– Enthusiastic, progressive and always proactive

3. Benefits

Fanpage Administration Division
(Communications Department)

✨ The Fanpage Administration Division is the "representative face" of the EFA English Club. They are in charge of building and developing the brand of the Club towards the community of people who love to learn and practice English.

Technical Division
(Communications Department)

1. Job Description

🌻 Develop ideas and design brand identity for every event.

🌻 Design visually captivating and on-brand media publications (images, magazine publications, videos,...) on our social networking sites.

🌻 Execute designs from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.

🌻 Responsible for taking photos and videos for club events

2. Requirements:
🌻 Strong attention to detail and deep interest to design compelling products
🌻 Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools preferred.
🌻 Able to withstand pressure and large workload.
🌻 Have a sense of aesthetics
