As English majors, we understand the difficulties of finding advanced materials & acknowledging the way to develop your language skills when you are considered someone who has "a base".
For 10 years, we have been working towards the mission to inspire passion and nurture confidence in the use of English for English majors. EFA wants to create a positive, dynamic, and diverse environment where all members are welcome to express themselves in English through educationally innovative and joyful activities.

🌻 Responsible for creating content and ideas for weekly club activities
🌻 Conduct searches, frame programs, write main content, moderate content for seminars, contests, talk shows,...
🌻 Supplement members' knowledge of English through weekly club activities
🌻 Carry out negotiation activities with Sponsors

🌻 Have good English skills; have a passion for sharing English knowledge

1 / How to know which Division/Departmant am I suitable for?
Please read carefully the Job Description, Requirements & Benefits from above to understand every Department/Division. Find the ones that match you the most. Remember, it must be something that you think that it works best for you.
2 / I'm not good at English. Can I join?
Totally possible. Having a good English skill is an advantage, but we also have other factors that EFA is looking for. You can also join groups that do not require high English skills to hone your abilities first.
3 / I have no experience, can I get into EFA?
More than 90% of the members from each EFA Gen Recruitment are freshmen and do not have much experience.
4/ Do the Divisions have less work than the Departments?
Your amount of work, role and experience in the Divisions and Departments will all be equivalent!
